THERE ARE some nights when sleeplessness haunts you. You toss and turn in bed, feeling heavy with the anxiety that mightcome from hurting remarks, an unbearable workload or an uncertain future. During such nights, instead of forcing yourself to sleep, step out for a moment and take a look at the night sky above. The cool night air will wrap your body as if to soothe your wounded soul. Then, breathe deeply while leaning against the wall of an alley lit by a lonely streetlamp. As you exhale all the sorrow, anger and unease that has been weighing on your mind, your heart will be filled with peace and serenity.
